Cleaning Package Base Pricing:

 

*Pricing based on 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, ~800 Squarefoot residence which takes approximately 2 hours of cleaning per visit, the additional hourly charges will be based on service frequency.

 

 

MONTHLY

"The Monthly Assist:" $100+tax

Includes: Monthly cleaning with two total hours of labor

Cleaning includes all Kitchen surfaces, all Bathroom surfaces, Floors, Vacuuming, Furniture Dusting, and Trash removal

 

 

"The Monthly Clean:" $145+tax

Includes: Monthly cleaning with three total hours of labor

Cleaning includes all Kitchen surfaces, all Bathroom surfaces, Floors, Windows & Blinds as needed, Vacuuming, Furniture Dusting, Fridge Cleaning every 4-months, Microwave, Oven & Stove,  and Trash removal

 

Take-a-break monthly add-on package: $70+tax

1-load of Dishes, changing provided Bed Sheets and Making Beds, Organizing and Tidying up loose items, and drop off at local Dry-Cleaner service. 

 

BI-WEEKLY

 

"Just-Keep-it-Cleeeeeaaan:" $185+tax

Includes: Bi-weekly cleaning with two total hours of labor per service

4 total hours of cleaning per month

Cleaning includes all Kitchen surfaces, all Bathroom surfaces, Floors, Windows & Blinds as needed, Vacuuming, Furniture Dusting, Fridge Cleaning every 4-months, Microwave, Oven & Stove,  and Trash removal

 

Take-a-Break Bi-weekly add-on package: $50+tax 

Total monthly base charge: $235+tax

6 total hours per month

Each service will include:

• 1-load of Dishes

• Changing provided bed Sheets and Making Beds

• Organizing and Tidying up loose items

• Drop off at local Dry-Cleaner service. 

• Add on Laundry service at $20 per load

 

 

"Bright-N-Shiny:" $335+tax

8 total hours per month.

The "Just-Keep-it-Cleeeeeaaan" Package on a weekly basis 

 

Take-a-Break weekly add-on package: $90+tax 

Total monthly base charge: $425+tax

12 total hours per month

Each service will include:

• 2-loads of Dishes

• Changing provided bed Sheets and Making Beds

• Organizing and Tidying up loose items

• Drop off at local Dry-Cleaner service. 

• Add on Laundry service at $10 per load

 

Hybrid Maid Service  weekly add-on package: $145+tax (GREAT VALUE)

Total monthly base charge: $480+tax

15 total hours per month.

Includes:

• 1 load of Laundry included per week, $10 per load per additional load

• Washing Dishes

• Changing provided Bed Sheets and Making Beds,

• Organizing and Tidying up loose items,

• Drop off at local Dry-Cleaner service.
